I began my love of Yoga whilst visiting my sister in LA in 1997 where I attended my first ever Yoga classes. After practising for many years, I decided that I would love to teach. I had been enjoying a fitness lifestyle for many years and I knew that Yoga was my calling. I gave up my long successful career as a Restaurant Manager of a famous fish restaurant for something much closer to my heart.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          I began my teacher training and it changed my life, undoubtedly it was the best thing I ever did. I love teaching Yoga and feel blessed every day. Early on in my course I was very fortunate in that I was recommended by one of my teachers to cover for a local leisure centre group. I was even more fortunate to be given my own Yoga classes before I had even completed my training.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    I have been inspired by some wonderful Yoga teachers and attend as many workshops and classes as I can to keep my teaching fresh, informative and inspirational for my students. I regularly go to Los Angeles and learn from some of the best teachers the Yoga world has to offer. Los Angeles is a mecca for Yoga and all aspects of its teachings in the west today. I have trained with Tara Stiles, Michael Gannon, Catherine Annis, Liz Lark, Andrea Kwiatkowski, Gary Carter, Jonathan Monks, Dr Elen Voyce, Claudia Dossena, Claire Missingham, David Sye, Ann Marie Soul and Lydia Green.
