Pregnancy Yoga

I am fully trained in pregnancy yoga and welcome mothers to be in my classes. 
One to one private sessions are also available to attain a better understanding of breathing practices and postures to make you more comfortable and able to relax as your wonderful event approaches.  Please make sure you have spoken to your Doctor or Midwife, and are in your second trimester before attending Yoga. 
Your welcome to come along to any of my classes and I’ll adapt the postures to suit your changing body. Doing yoga helps you connect with your baby. You’ll also learn breathing and relaxation techniques to help during labour.
