Private Yoga Lessons

 You can book for private yoga lessons in the comfort of your own home. Working at your own pace, tailored to your own needs, private lessons are the best way to work on specific areas or attain personal goals within your practice. It will also give you the chance to explore areas of a particular interest not always covered in a general class. It not just yogis who need one to one lessons. 
I teach sports professionals and dancers who need to loosen, stretch or develop muscular strength or help with recovery from injury.  A private lesson  allows for a more intimate view into your practice. You can start a new practice, deepen your understanding or spend some time working with an injury or condition. When we work like this together,  the teacher is able to help you to experience and learn the benefits of yoga in a way that suits you. Weather you want to gain strength after surgery or lean how to handstand, I can develop the right program for you. 
                                                            £50 for an hours tuition.

STAND UP PADDLE BOARD LESSONS

I also teach stand up paddle boarding (SUP) Fully insured ASI SUP instructor. Learn to SUP or learn paddle technique, self rescue skills 
or technical turns. £35 per hour including board and equipment hire.
